How it works
This scheme allows you to undertake salary exchange so that you’re not paying tax and National Insurance on a portion of your income used to pay for childcare.
Unlike Childcare Vouchers, there is no upper limit on the amount you can exchange, as long as your salary doesn’t fall below minimum wage after deductions.
Your child must attend one of our Co-operative Childcare nurseries to qualify. Find your nearest Co-operative Childcare nursery here.

How to claim it
If you want to start using the scheme please complete this application form. If you’re already part of the scheme but want to amend your salary sacrifice amount please complete this Contract Variation form.
Terms & Conditions
Maximum of 52% colleague discount available. Colleague discount of 30% will be given on childcare fees for any children of colleagues, (parent and grandparent) attending a Co-operative nursery where the colleague is the bill payer. Salary sacrifice for an additional 22% on tax and NI. Places available on a first come first serve basis. Subject to minimum wage restrictions.
