This session addresses the understanding of what stress and pressures are and what factors affect them. Prevention is always better than a cure, so if you understand how the body works you can begin to take active steps to promote positive wellbeing and minimise the effects of pressure.
You will learn to identify the type and level of pressure you are experiencing and leave with tools to help you relax and refresh your mind.
