Death in Service

How it works?

Death in service is a benefit for your family and friends. It pays out a cash sum equal to 2 x your basic gross salary if you are employed by Midcounties at the time of your death. 

Who's eligible?

The death in service provision comes into effect for all colleagues after an initial qualifying period of 13 weeks employment. Please note, this provision does not apply to those colleagues aged over 74
