How it works:

 

The Society understands that growing your family is an important and exciting time for colleagues and wishes to support them by providing clear guidelines of the arrangements during pregnancy, maternity, paternity, adoption and other parental leave arrangements.

How to claim it:

If colleagues have any questions regarding this policy or require additional support, you should speak to your line manager. Alternatively, you can contact your HR Shared Services team by emailing familyleave@midcounties.coop.

You can consult with your line manager about anything to do with your Maternity, Adoption or Paternity.
