Sick Pay

How it works

Society sick pay will be calculated based upon length of service and based on rolling 12-month periods. Please note statutory sick pay will be payable to all qualifying colleagues, irrespective of their length of service.

 

How to claim it

Statutory and Enhanced sick pay will automatically be paid to any eligible colleagues.
