We use C365 (accessed using the link above which is also in WorkJam) to log and track all planned and reactive maintenance tasks across all Midcounties locations; https://midcounties.c365online.co.uk/
For Out of Hours (OOH) emergencies, please contact Lemon Contact Centre on 0330 221 5794.
Lemon will log a job on C365 on your behalf and contact the relevant contractor to ensure a timely response in cases of emergency. Lemon operate a 24hr contact centre but our agreement with them is for OOH only, from 1800hrs on weekdays and on weekends.

The Facilities Management team are responsible for the C365 system and for the Lemon Contact Centre service, as well as managing all of our (FM) supply chain.
For contract or supplier specific issues that need to be escalated, please contact Kirstie Fox.
