Let's talk about 'it'
As men we have all been taught at one time or other not to share what is going on in our lives – not to bring the real me maybe to work, to friends or even to loved ones.
Some of this is the result of stereotypes we have consciously and subconsciously drilled into us – the head down get on or stiff upper lip mantra.
We are clear however that as human beings everyone needs to talk, we are hardwired to share and create deep connections.
Share your voice in our discussion groups 🗣
At Midcounties Co-op we want to listen to your opinion and enable the support we provide to be created, shaped, and owned by you.
To achieve this, we have created two exclusively male discussion groups:
-
The under 30's session will take place on Wednesday 16th June from 10am - 12noon
-
The over 30's session will take place on Wednesday 16th June from 2pm - 4pm
Both sessions will be facilitated by Paol Stuart-Thomson from Springfield MIND.
If you would like to be part of one of these groups - email rebekah.brain@midcounties.coop
