Colleague Thank You Vouchers Update

Following on from Phil’s update last month, this year eligible colleagues will receive Colleague Thank You Vouchers on 31st July. Read on to find out more.
Annually given out as a gesture of thanks for all the incredible work our colleagues have done over the last year, the vouchers are designed to reward colleagues who are members during the financial year (23rd January 2022 to 28th January 2023) to which the vouchers relate.
How can I access and use my vouchers?
All colleague thank you vouchers are available digitally through the Your Co-op Members app. So it's simple and easy to use, while on the go.
The e-vouchers will be available on the app from the 31st July with a 12-month expiry date. If you haven't already downloaded the app, simply follow the QR codes or links below:

Where can I spend the Vouchers?
They can be used in the following ways, just present the voucher on the app at:
- Midcounties Co-operative Food stores
- Co-operative Travel branches, as part or full payment against a holiday, days out and experiences (such as Afternoon Tea for Two, Paintballing, Pet photoshoot or a Comedy night etc.)
- Co-operative Travel branches to purchase foreign currency or cash passports (excludes purchase of sterling cash passports)
- Co-op Childcare nurseries, Little Pioneers nurseries
Eligibility, Redemption, Terms and Conditions
Details about eligibility, how to redeem your vouchers, full terms and conditions will become available on the 31st July on Colleagues Connect. The full terms and conditions will also be available underneath the vouchers on the membership app. Please note that all vouchers can only be redeemed once. Please also be aware that the vouchers do not disappear immediately from the app but will turn red and say redeemed within 24 hours. Any abuse or fraudulent misuse may result in disciplinary action being taken.
Colleagues out of Trading Area
As a reminder, for those Colleagues that are out of the Midcounties Trading area we are delighted again this year to offer an alternative solution to enable you to have Co-op food vouchers for the appropriate Co-op near to you, following the great feedback received last year. You would have received an e-mail separately to confirm the alternative Co-op Society voucher.
** Out of Trading Area Colleagues are deemed as those Colleagues that do not live in our core trading area and has not shopped in a Midcounties food store in the last 12 months**
