Following the latest Government guidance that there will no longer be a Free COVID-19 Testing service for symptomatic and asymptomatic testing. Your Co-op Pharmacy has an exclusive colleague discount in place for Covid-19 Home Test Kits at a cost price.

This means that colleagues can get an additional discount on top of the cost priced test kits. All you need to do is sign in to see the discount applied.

Hi Elaine, It sounds like you are logged in with your business login ID and not your membership details, as that is the error we get when we do the same (when we get to basket). Please can you check and make sure that is not the case. If you continue to have this issues please can you call the Pharmacy hub, (01902 357 660) who will be able to process your order over the phone. In the meantime, we will look into this error in more detail.

Logged on to buy and the message was : Cannot proceed to checkout when logged on as an AD user - logged in and out 3 times before I gave up. Tried to buy 2 x test kits
