Even at our fittest and healthiest, we can all catch flu. So as we move into the colder season, we are now offering Flu vaccinations (flu jabs) to all colleagues across the Society.
Each year, there can be several different strains of the virus, with symptoms ranging from fever, headache, sore throat and aches and pains. While it does usually clear up by itself after a week or two, the only way to properly protect yourself and those around you is to have a flu vaccination (flu jab).
We want to ensure our colleagues have an opportunity to protect themselves during the traditional “Flu” season. During a period where it's the best time to be flu vaccinated to ensure maximum protection for the season.
Your Co-op Pharmacy is here to look after you and your health with a limited number of flu vaccinations (Flu jabs) now available exclusively for colleagues. You can get your free NHS flu jab with us or take advantage of a limited number of private flu vaccinations at our colleague exclusive price of just £10 (this price is inclusive of colleague discount and cash/card will be accepted).
How to book a Flu Vaccination (flu jab)
If you would like to have your flu jab through Your Co-op Pharmacy – we will be hosting flu clinics across the Society enabling us to bring your jab to you! We’re taking the hassle away from queues to ensure the process is easy and tailored to your requirements. So please let us know your details and your place of work on one of the following:

Coronavirus Symptoms Policy - Click here
As we come into the autumn/winter months colleagues will start to naturally display cold and flu like symptoms which have very similar symptoms to that of the coronavirus, for example a high temperature or a new, continuous cough. Therefore, it is important that any colleague who displays any symptoms of the coronavirus needs to self-isolate and arrange for a test to be completed immediately, so that we are able to limit the potential spread of the infection to our colleagues, members and customers as well as minimise any absence from the Society.
