You can now get your Colleague Thank You Vouchers on the Your Co-op Members app!
To celebrate the results announced at the AGM, this year eligible colleagues will receive Colleague Thank You Vouchers on 29th July. Annually given out as a gesture of thanks for all the incredible work our colleagues have done over the last year, the vouchers are designed to reward colleagues who are members during the financial year (24th January 2021 to 22nd January 2022) to which the vouchers relate.

The colleague thank you vouchers will continue to be digital, like last year, through the Your Co-op Members app. An easy way to manage and use your e-vouchers.
The e-vouchers will be available on the app from the 29th July 2022 with a 12-month expiry date and you can download the app by using the following links:

Where can I spend the Vouchers?
They can be used in the following ways, just present the voucher on the app at:

Midcounties Co-operative Food stores
-
Co-operative Travel branches, as part or full payment against a holiday, days out and experiences (such as Afternoon Tea for Two, Paintballing, Pet photoshoot or a Comedy night etc.)

Co-operative Travel branches to purchase foreign currency or cash passports (excludes purchase of sterling cash passports)

Co-op Childcare nurseries, Little Pioneers nurseries
-
Your Broadband/Mobile account and your Energy account number– full or part payment against a Your Co-op phone or Energy account

Your Co-op Pharmacy online for a wide range of Health, wellbeing and Beauty products
How to redeem the vouchers?
To redeem your vouchers within Food Stores and Childcare, just present the voucher on the app.
For Travel bookings as well as holidays vouchers can be used for days out and experiences such as Afternoon Tea for two, Paintballing, Pet photoshoot or a Comedy night experience all through Travel, via Co-operative Travel hotline 0800 7811595 or via Travel branches.
To redeem your vouchers with Your Co-op Broadband, as full or part payment against a Co-operative Phone or Energy account, please complete a quick and simple form by clicking here.
For Healthcare you can visit cooppharmacy.coop and log in with your membership details. You then type in the voucher code at the online checkout. Find the code by clicking on the voucher in your app.
Nursery Managers and Travel Colleagues who have access to the Superdividend System will also be able to access voucher codes on the Colleague’s behalf. More information on how to do this can be found in the guides on Colleagues Connect here.
Colleagues out of our Trading Areas
For those Colleagues that are out of MCC Trading area we are delighted this year to offer an alternative solution to enable you to have Co-op food vouchers for the appropriate Co-op near to you.
The alternative co-op vouchers are being posted out to the site you work at for out of area colleagues based in sites such as Travel and Childcare. For those who are not branch based vouchers will be posted to home addresses. These will be landing with you shortly.
** Out of Trading Area Colleagues are deemed as those Colleagues who do not live in our core trading area and have not shopped in a Midcounties food store in the last 12 months**
