Increased Refer a Friend up to £1,000 at Your Co-op Childcare

Exclusively for all colleagues, Your Co-op Childcare increased their Refer a Friend scheme to up to £1,000 back in May. Why not spread the word and be rewarded at the same time?

Our Childcare group have been doing lots of great work to encourage people to join, but recruitment is proving a challenge for the group and the entire Early Years sector in general. So, we want to remind you of the changes to Childcare’s Refer a Friend scheme.

Referring friends and rewarding colleagues

We want to thank and reward all colleagues for encouraging your friends to join the Childcare team, so as of 1st May 2022, the group increased the amount colleagues can receive. So, if you refer a friend to the Childcare group, it has now increased up to a maximum of £1000* (previously this was up to £350).

Steps to remember when applying

Remember if you do refer a friend, make sure you tell them that when they sign their contract, they must enter your details when prompted to specify if they were referred by a current colleague – they will enter your name as the person who recommended them (we wouldn’t want you to miss out!).

Your payments will begin being paid once your friend has reached their probation period and their 1-year anniversary.
