We are pleased to share that we will soon be launching a brand-new workforce management system to replace Kronos. Here’s how it will benefit you.
Over the coming weeks we will be introducing our new workforce management system Rotageek, starting with Support Services on 20 April and rolling out to trading sites throughout April and June.
This exciting new app-based software will make scheduling shifts, booking holidays and viewing rotas simpler and quicker for colleagues.
When choosing our new partner, we took colleague feedback into account, and we hope that you’ll be happy with what Rotageek has to offer.
Here are some of the fantastic benefits you can look forward to:

Simplified view: Rotageek offers a user-friendly, app-based interface, that is far easier to navigate.

No more jargon: Rotageek uses clear and straightforward language making it easier to do what you need to on the platform.

Real-time access: You can now access your information and any changes made to your timecard instantly, without having to wait until payday.

Print schedules: Need a hard copy of your schedule? You can print schedules directly from the system.

Holiday calendar: Use Rotageek to quickly and easily book your annual leave. Plus, the system will provide recommendations to managers to aid planning.

Immediate sign-off: No more waiting for the previous pay period to end to sign off timecards. You can do it straight away.

Correcting errors: Managers can now make changes and correct errors on the spot.

Forecasting: Rotageek uses AI and machine learning to generate useful staffing forecasts within Food.

Help when you need it: You’ll have access to expert support 8am to 11pm, 364 days a year.
