A Christmas of giving from Your Co-op

On Wednesday we wrote to members to thank them for their continued support and to let them know about the great section of member-exclusive offers for them this Christmas.  We also shared with them the work we have been doing to support our communities and that our stores will be closing early on Christmas Eve, as a thank you to you our colleagues.

We also reminded them of the change to the Share of the Profits, which at the half-year meetings members voted to be paid digitally in March as part of our move towards a paperless Society.  You can see more on this here.

Funeralcare Remembrance Service

During this time of the year, our Funeralcare team usually hold special remembrance services for friends and family who have lost loved ones so that they can pay tribute to them.  This year they will be doing the same but in a virtual format.  This virtual event takes place this Sunday 6^th December at 4 pm and if you wish to join them you can do so. Young Co-operators Network Interview with James Eales

Last week I was excited to be interviewed by our Young Co-operators Network Co-ordinator, James Eales.  James had lots of great questions from our young members and we discussed what young people want to see from us and how we can improve our products and services to help attract the next generation of co-operators.
