From delivering papers as a teen to opening new stores, James now leads his team in fundraising, volunteering, and supporting local causes through the Doing Good Together Fund - helping 11 groups in his area with over £4k in support. As we celebrate 20 years, we’re proud to honour James as a remarkable colleague.
Today, we're shining a spotlight on James O’Farrell-White, Store Manager at Oxford Road Food store.
From delivering newspapers as a teenager, to playing an integral role in opening multiple new Food stores, James has thrived thanks to the encouragement of his remarkable colleagues.
At the heart of his community, James and his team champion fundraising, volunteering, and local causes through the Doing Good Together Fund. From Kidlinks UK to Cherwell Collective, he’s seen first-hand the real impact members can have - in his area alone, 11 nominated groups have received over £4,000 in support.
As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we’re proud to recognise James as a community leader and remarkable colleague who embodies what Doing Good Together means 💙
