Meet Deby Cullum, our Community Administration Manager, who has been with us since 2005. Over the last 20 years, Deby made the move from a career in HR, into a new direction working for a Co-operative. Since then, she has been central to shaping our community programmes, inspiring others through her leadership, and embracing volunteering herself for the very first time.
Today, she leads our Doing Good Together Fund, helping communities thrive and making a real difference in society. Her passion for supporting people and building stronger communities truly embodies the spirit of our co-op.
