Travel Achievement Awards win - Hot off the press!

To start, this week I would like to share some great news. Last night our travel teams picked up two fantastic awards at the 2024 Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards. Celebrating the best travel agents and agencies, Your Co-op Travel won ‘Large Regional Agency of the Year – Central England’ along with Personal Travel Agent, Laura Bennett winning ‘Leisure Agent of the Year’. Brilliant news which adds to the recent ‘Energy Project of the Year' award win at The Energy Awards. It’s a great reflection of our remarkable colleagues for their hard work and dedication. Well done.

For the blog this week, I was delighted to visit the Sutton Coldfield branch and record an update on all things Co-op Holidays. Have a watch and let me know what you think…

Finally, it’s great to see that England has reached the final of the Euros for the second time in succession. I am delighted to say that the decision has been made to close our small Food stores early on Sunday at 7.30pm, allowing colleagues to join in this moment as the Nation holds its breath in anticipation of what could be. Our lager Food stores will close at 4pm as usual. 

Let’s hope they can go one better and bring the trophy home!
