New Colleague Compliance Training

Your brand new one-stop compliance training module is live!
Over the last 12 months, we have been working hard to simplify our compliance training by reducing the volume, making it interactive, and pulling it all together into one place so it's simple and easy to find, whilst still ensuring colleagues have the appropriate knowledge and skills to stay safe and legal in the workplace.
As a result, from the 8th December, we will be changing the iLearn modules new colleagues complete when they join us.
The One Stop Compliance module consists of five topics, which: are Anti-bribery, Cyber security, GDPR, Health and Safety, and Fire Safety. We know our colleagues are all individuals and learn in different ways, therefore the modules can be completed in one go or a section at a time. Each topic takes up to 10 minutes.
This module replaces all previous learning content on the same topics.
New colleagues must select the new starter option within each topic and complete the course in full. One-Stop Compliance will be loaded automatically to colleagues’ iLearn dashboards and must be completed within their first 6 weeks.
You will also notice that we have refreshed and reduced the COPs materials to improve the new colleague experience.
