I am pleased to confirm that Midcounties have implemented its annual pay review on 1st April.
All colleagues eligible for an increase will be able to access their personal notification by signing into Colleagues Connect from today.

Our 2023 pay review represents a significant investment and is just one of the many ways that Your Coop is supporting colleagues through the rise in the cost of living – with enhanced discounts available to all colleagues across Food, Travel, Childcare and Utilities until the end of June.
Base pay is also just one of the many benefits of working for the Society . As a reminder, all of our benefits can be found here. We will also be launching further financial support later this year, via Wage stream, which will enable colleagues to benefit from pay advances in relation to time worked. Further details will follow on scheme launch.
The implementation of our pay review follows a ballot by USDAW members, of which 73.74% were in favour. As a reminder, level 3 colleagues anchored to National Minimum Wage (NMW) will receive an additional increase from the 3rd December 2023. Full details are included in your personalised letters via the notification on Colleagues Connect.
