Last week was a significant week for Project Seville. We successfully migrated the next phase of consortium members onto Agent and also made the decision to proceed with the next migration, which will take place next weekend. There is still a lot of work to do and many migrations ahead, but I want to recognise the huge effort and commitment everyone involved in the project- thank you.

As I am sure you are all aware, trading is exceptionally challenging at the moment. We are seeing volatility in consumer demand for bookings and also cancellations to varying degrees across all of our channels. We are constantly reviewing tactical actions with our 3^rd party partners and for Co-op Holidays to support trading performance as we strive to deliver our budgets.

Our Food team continue to recover from the impact of the cyber issues at Co-op Group and are continuing to promote their “Swipe & Win Giveaway” promotion.
