With the Society AGM taking place on 14 May, we look forward to welcoming you all back in person for the first time since 2019!
Just last week, we wrote to our members about our AGM with an updated agenda and a number of special guests on the day. However this year, it’s a hybrid event which means it takes place in person as well as online so we can welcome each and every one of our members.
We know the showcase event will be one to remember and are encouraging all members to book on and save their seats. Plus, if you attend in person, you’ll also be in with the chance of winning a dream trip away to New York with Co-op Holidays!(T&C's Apply)
What time does it start and where is it taking place?
Saturday 14 May from 9:45 - 2.30pm at The National Motorcycle Museum, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, Solihull B92 0EJ
Who are the special guests?
Along with MBE recipient Rosie Ginday (AKA Miss Macaroon), we will be welcoming Farmer and Rural TV presenter, Adam Henson, who you may recognise as one of our ‘Food Glorious Food’ panel judges. Not one to miss!
What else will be happening on the day?
Our partners and suppliers will be holding a number of exclusive stalls on the day from a Sustainability Clothes Swap shop to the opportunity of driving an electric vehicle. Along with the following:

As usual, you’ll also be able to vote, hear about our Society performance and see how we have made a positive difference to many of our local communities over the past year.
What transport is available?
We will be running a shuttle service from Birmingham International Train Station to the venue from 8.30am to 3.15pm. When you exit the station building, please look out for a Johnson's coach where someone will be holding a ‘Midcounties – AGM’ sign. There will also be free parking available on site for members arriving by car.
