This World Mental Health Day (10th October), we’re reminding everyone that wellbeing matters every day. That’s why we have our Mental Health Champion programme - giving colleagues the tools to support each other when it’s needed most.
Here at the Midcounties, we are committed to supporting all our colleagues with their wellbeing, whether that be through training, tools or resources.
Earlier this year, we relaunched our Mental Health Champion programme across the society, giving our colleagues training and support to help support their peers in moments of need. Click below to hear from our Mental Health Champions in the society, and how you can reach out:

For many, a new hobby or learning something new can support with managing your Mental Health. Carole’s daughter at our Codsall store, Olivia, embarked on a mission to spread kindness through the world via the art form of Crochet. Olivia started the movement after a personal tragedy, finding that Crocheting not only boosts her own mental health, but spreads joy to others.
