Hear from a colleague who took the LEAP!
Alicia Brown, Assistant Travel Manager at our Sedgely branch, tells us why she chose to complete her Team Leader Apprenticeship:
I was new in the job as Assistant Manager and, with the pressures Covid had added to the business, I thought it was a great opportunity to ensure I could grow. On the Apprenticeship, we are given ways of coping with work load, ways of looking at different situations and the confidence to lead a team. At the very least, it is something you can add to your CV. It's very practical, which means you don't add a heap to your workload, making it more achievable. It's a great way to learn more and opens a door to progression.
For more information on when the next LEAP cohorts are due to start, please click here and check the ‘LEAP & Training Timetable’ tab.
If you’re thinking about where to go next in your career or you’re looking for an opportunity to develop, why not book in a Development Check-in with your line manager?
Discuss your options with them and, who knows, this year you could be taking the LEAP!
