However, it has given us a glimpse into what you are both doing everyday and its humbling to see you both approach your work with such empathy and professionalism. Thanks again to both of you. "

"Sarah. Thank you for all your help and support, through what has been a difficult time in our lives. No question we asked has not been answered. We have never been through this situation before of planning a funeral of our loved one but you made it all a little easier for us. Thanks, you for looking after our Dad. We knew when we came to see him that we had left him in safe hands. He has never looked so at peace and rested in a long time but he is now settled. He has gone to be with his grandparents and brother now who we know will look after him and guide the way for him. He has now finally gained his RAF wings. Thank you again."
"Wendy. I never thought planning Nan’s funeral would be so lovely. And that’s all thanks to you, I really will miss our chats. Even though I’ve just met you, I’ve been able to open up to you and really be at easy with everything. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart."
"Wendy. Thank you for everything you’ve done and helping the last 2/3 months. You’ve helped me a lot considering these bad times going on in the world. I can’t thank you enough and I’ll definitely keep in touch."
"Gail. We just wanted to say a big thank you for your care and support during this difficult time. Your comforting and warm personality coupled with a great sense of humour were just the right combination to help guide us through it. Many thanks."
"I just wanted to send a little message to say a big thank you to yourself and the team for organising a beautiful goodbye to my Nan (given the Covid situation). The support, warmth and genuine love felt by you and your team today was overwhelming. Cara (or Cora, please forgive me if I have her name incorrect) was absolutely amazing the respect she showed my Nan was too overwhelming, she bowed to my Nan took her hat off and said thank you (something I’ve never seen at a funeral). Even given the weather and bless her she must have been wet through she was so professional and oozed respect. I must say from the day my Nan passed the service you and the team from the Co-op have given as been second to none and I have been made to feel most welcome and like I’m the only customer you have (if you understand what I mean). Thank you again, from myself and my family. I will pop in to see you (and settle the outstanding once I get the invoice)"
"Sarah. Thank you so much for everything you have helped me with during these difficult times. You have been wonderful."
"Wendy. Just a quick note to thank you for your hard work with my mother’s funeral today. All the arrangements were excellent, and it went off very well. In particular can I thank you for organising the flowers after a very sketchy description from me (not pink!). They were lovely and also to confirm that both my son in France and my sister in New Zealand got an excellent view of proceedings. Thanks once again. "
Wednesbury

"Lesley. The family would like to express honour and respect we have for you and all at Thomas Ely & Sons. The professionalism shown by yourselves since Dad was taken into your care, the staff who came to collect Dad when he died, went above and beyond. Communication with us was at the utmost highest and when visited your premises we could not have felt more welcome and ay ease. The staff on the funeral day conducted themselves professionally and took care of the family with the most respect. Dad and his coffin was presented in what can only be described as a beautiful manner. Thanks, you all for all you have done."

Banbury
"Dawn and all at the Co-op Funeralcare. Thank you so much for such a beautiful service at the Banbury Crematorium for my husband. You all worked so hard, especially Dawn for all our family, to have a wonderful, memorable service it exceeded all expectation. Not only are you efficient working in unison, but there’s thoughts tempered with sympathy. Thank you once again for this unforgettable event."
Carterton
"Mark. Just thought would drop you an email just to say how well your staff did during my recent loss."
"Unfortunately, I lost my mum at the beginning of April as she was in a care home in Kidlington she started with Reeves and Pain but the paperwork was handled by Anna in Carterton and she was brilliant all the way through always helpfully and when you consider the challenges at present your staff must be under can’t praise her enough. She was placed in Hendred Street and we were able to go and see her there "
"The service at Oxford Crematorium was very nice again with the restrictions that were in place and again Grieg from Banbury who led it was a great help, helping to set up a what's app connection inside so my children who live away were able to watch the service. He even offered to record it at one stage if we couldn't get it to work. Overall great service despite everything that's against that at the moment. Thanks to them all"
Churchdown
"Kaye. We just wanted to pass on grateful thanks on behalf of the family for the way mum's funeral was handled.Thank you Kaye for your kindness and efficiency with all the arrangements. From the first time we spoke you made it clear nothing was too much trouble, and you took such a load off my shoulders at a difficult time.Could you also pass on our thanks to George for his help on the day. His calming presence made such a difference, at no time did we feel rushed. And last but not least, to Janet. Thank you so much for your presence and your words. They struck just the right note and the service was exactly as we wanted it, as mum wanted it. You all contributed to taking the pressure off what could have been a difficult day.
Thank you."

"Justin, Mandy and all the team. Thank you so much for the care and love you have shown our family at such a sad time. Enjoy with a cuppa."
"The whole team. We would like to thank you for the dignified way Teds funeral was conducted. At this time of lockdown it is not easy for you or the mourners to arrange and conduct a funeral are we appreciated the care taken."
Didcot
"I recently lost my Nan and her funeral was organised by Brian Stovold at your funeral home. Her name was Alyce Doreen Paterson, and her funeral was a couple of weeks ago. I currently live in the USA so was unable to go to the funeral myself but I was able to watch it being live streamed. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for providing this service as it meant so much to me to be able to see the service, and I felt like I was right there with my family even though I live so far away. If I had not been able to do this I would have felt so upset for not being able to be there, and by providing this service I feel it helped me to move forward with my own grief as I was able to say goodbye properly. Even after the service was over and I watched my family leave I felt very privileged to be able to watch the curtains close around the coffin and I heard my Nan being taken to be cremated. When the curtains opened again and her coffin had gone it was such a powerful moment for me as I felt I had been there with her right up until the last moment. This means so much to me and my family, which is why I wanted to send you this email to let you know that I am so glad this service was a possibility. Thank you again, and also thank you for helping my family to arrange the funeral. It was my mum Lynne Folds who gave me your details so I was able to thank you myself."
Faringdon
"The Team at Midcounties Co-operative Funeralcare. On behalf of our family we wanted to say a big thank you for looking after Bernie right from his death to his funeral and beyond that. All involved were respectful and empathetic throughout. Difficult times on normal days but exceptionally difficult during the current circumstances. Huge respect and thanks to you all. Thank you to the men who came to collect him on the night of his death. Big thanks to Diane for making the arrangement. Sorry for chopping and changing our minds a few times. Huge thanks to Jo (and driver) on the day of the funeral. All ran smoothly and with great professionalism. Thank you to those behind the scenes that I may not have seen."
"Paula and the rest of the team. Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time."

"Sue and Colleagues. I would just like to say on behalf of my Mum Marion, brother Robert, myself and families, a big Thank you for all the arrangements that you did for my Dad, funeral yesterday. In such difficult, different and emotional circumstances, we felt it was a fitting tribute to him, you made the whole process as stress free as possible, which we are grateful for, current climate making things more difficult. Please could you also pass on our thanks to the Florist for the lovely floral coffin spray we were really pleased with it. I am sure Dad would have liked it too. Thank you for making a very difficult time easier."
"Ann. Just to say thank you for the wonderful job you did again. It meant so much to us that you were there on one of the lowest days we had you made it manageable so thank you for being so wonderful."

Stow on the Wold
"Stephen. This lockdown is continuing to cause many problems. I was not hassling you, but we wanted to know that it is all in hand. I would like to take the opportunity to once again thank you for you for your friendly and professional help with arrangements for Mum’s funeral. We all thought how lovely private and very personal it all turned out to be and not as stressful as it could have been. Thank you."
Swindon-Cricklade Road
"Thank you for everything you did for myself and my mum with regards to Mary’s funeral."
"Donna, Martin, Tracey and everyone at the Co-op. We would just like to thank you for going above and beyond looking after Dom and Me. What started as a joke over Cadburys crème eggs was the best decision I made sending Dom to the Co-op. I felt at ease, felt he was being looked after by friends and know he would have been happy and would want to thank you very much too. If he could give you a star rating it would definitely be 5 star, but not sure what his reason would be but knowing Dom something hilarious. Sending heartfelt thanks."
