Social distancing and pressure on our healthcare services may have made it more challenging to get a doctor’s appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. You might still be worried about leaving your home or maybe you’re struggling to fit a doctor’s appointment around your busy lifestyle. Whatever your reasons, our video doctor service might be just what you need.

At Your Co-op Pharmacy, we want our colleagues to have easier access to healthcare, which is why we have re-launched our Video Doctor Service. You can have the support and care you need when you need it.

It’s similar to any face-to-face appointment you might have with your GP, except you can talk from the comfort of your home. This means that The GP Service, a partner of Your Co-op Pharmacy, can provide doctor consultations at your convenience – all you need is a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

How does it work?

Step 1: Book your safe & secure appointment here

Step 2: You’ll virtually meet a UK registered GP during your private consultation.

Step 3: Where appropriate, the GP can prescribe and dispatch your treatment to an address of your choice, safely and quickly.

It’s that simple.

Health advice at the touch of a button

The registered UK-based doctors are available 7 days a week to give expert medical advice. They can provide letter referrals, fit notes and prescribe the appropriate treatment – they’re even able to send your prescription straight to your home.
