Welcome to this weeks edition of Wellbeing Wednesday - we hope you are all keeping well.
The results are in from your Colleague Wellbeing Survey!
Thank you to all the colleagues that took the time to complete the Wellbeing Survey, your views are really important!
Over 3,000 colleagues completed the survey and below are the topline results for the Society, there were some really positive results which were pleasing to see.
Each group will now review their own results and look to action any areas of concern.
The next pulse survey for colleagues will take place on 3rd July and close on 10th July.
But in the meantime, if you have any further suggestions, please speak to your nominated Colleague Council rep for more information.
Thanks again for your feedback 😊

This week we focus on Carers Support and Woebot which is available to all colleagues via GroceryAid. Remember there is support for both you or one of your dependents available through the Free, confidential helpline. The 24/7 helpline offers independent advice to solve problems and provide emotional support. There is also a telephone interpreting service if required.
Carers Support
The GroceryAid Carers Programme supports those who give unpaid care to others and those who are cared for by unpaid Carers
When people need help with their day-to-day living they often turn to their family and friends. Being a Carer can be both challenging and rewarding, it can give a sense of satisfaction from helping someone else, but it can also be emotionally draining and place significant demands on your time and energy.
Nearly half of Carers work alongside caring and, one in ten do not inform their employer of their situation. If you’re struggling to cope and need some support call to find out more about our tailored programme to help relieve some of the stress caused by caring.
