It’s so important to keep your hands clean throughout the day during lockdown – so we’ve got some good news for you.

Co-op Pharmacy is working with the British Honey Company to bring you Drip + Drop hand sanitiser (as seen on the BBC) which works as a disinfectant on your skin.

You can now order Drip + Drop hand sanitiser, made by the British Honey Company, from Co-op Pharmacy. Hand sanitisers with 60% or higher alcohol content work as a disinfectant on your skin – and Drip + Drop contains 70% alcohol.

Rising to the challenge and fighting back against the coronavirus, the British Honey Company is focusing more of its production efforts on making hand sanitiser.

A spokesperson from the British Honey Company said: “In reaction to the coronavirus pandemic, British Honey Company has switched much of our production to creating Drip + Drop 70% alcohol Honey and Green Tea Sanitiser, supplying mainly emergency services and companies for medical purposes. HMS Customs and Excise have granted us permanent permission to produce the denatured alcohol.”

This local supplier is one of our “Best of Our Counties” companies, meaning that we offer their products because they are high-quality, unique, and locally sourced.
