Presented as online discussion forums, interact with our range of speakers from our fantastic local suppliers to the Young Co-operators within Midcounties. You'll have the unique opportunity to co-operate and ask questions on a wide range of Society topics including our trading areas, environmental issues and important tips on mental health & wellbeing.

Opening Your Co-op Conversations
Beginning this evening, it’s all about customer service. What does great service mean to you? What are the behaviours and standards that you would expect from the Society colleagues when they serve you? Hear more from our colleagues, Clare Moore, Chief HR Officer along with Aly Hull, Resourcing and Rachel Seagrave from our Learning & Development team.
That’s not all, hear tasters from Paol at Springfield Mind & James Eales from the Young Co-operators Network on what to expect in their sessions during Your Co-op Conversations.

Just register for your chosen session and join the forum at the start time. Exclusively for members, it’s your chance to find out how incredible our Society is across a number of different areas. Showcasing our Values in Action and what our Society stands for, each day, you can gain insight from our partners who will share all the fantastic work they are doing within the Society as well as our Trading Areas serving our members and customers. It’s your chance to learn about them and ask your own questions.
