"Love is in the air……..Should have some great sales this weekend with some great products and some brilliant Members Rewards, here are some of the displays over the past couple of days so whether want to show your special someone your Endless love or that they are still the one there is no better way to say I will always love you than our great flowers selection with a bottle of prosecco or show that you are Truly, Madly, Deeply in love with some of the local valentines cakes and crazy in love with our gin and tonic deal. Whatever you choose you will show your significant other they are perfect and they will know nothing compares to you...
Even if you are not celebrating Valentines this year you can say My heart will go on with 20% off our Milk tray range which is still better than saying nothing at all. (👏👏👏)

Today we share numerous 'Wow's' for our travel colleagues, as part of our customer feedback platform 'Talk to us'. For going above and beyond in supporting our customers they receive feedback called 'Wow's'
Our Food stores already receive many of these on a weekly basis and in just over two weeks within Travel, they have received 120! An incredible achievement in the current circumstances. 👏😊

"I have been in isolation for the last two weeks as I had been in contact with a Covid19 case, as I normally shop for other vulnerable people, we all had to rely on the Coop at Stonehouse. I just wanted to say how excellently we were all looked after, I only had to phone my order in and pay by phone, for my daughter to pick up when she finished work, the older folk had theirs delivered, for which they were very pleased. They were so busy as well, thankfully I will be able to go back to shopping next week, and, also at Christmas, I was shopping for five other people, as well as the three households I shop regularly for, as a lot of the other supermarkets had run out of things, I was able to get everything they wanted, so top marks for 0262 please (and a pay-rise for the future would be nice for them)."

"Just had a new member on the phone who shops in Cainscross Food store and has asked me to let you know that he and his wife are really happy with the store – they have had a fantastic service. They like all the products and feel safe doing their shopping there – which they haven’t felt in other stores during the lockdown. They are also VERY happy to be getting diamond discount on a Tuesday 😊"

“The One Show” surprised a local resident who has been making cakes for local Key workers during the pandemic, our Upper Rissington Food store received a little free press from it! 😊👍
