Dave Hughes from Chipping Norton Food is enjoying the members app. ππ mentioning,
"Being a trial store for the members app, our colleagues and members have experienced this from the start. The final product is excellent. Colleagues love having their vouchers on the app with no more lost paper vouchers. Harry a colleague from our store says "I used to always forget my membership card, But having the virtual card on the app means I can always scan for my colleague discount".
Members of the store love it too, As they can easily see the key member deals displayed. One of our members said "I like the function on the app where you can view how the Co-op is getting involved in the community. It is also great to check how many points I have earned for the year."
Vicky Briggs from Oakengates also shared some great feedback on the Members app, mentioning
"At first some colleagues were apprehensive about the app and move to virtual membership cards and vouchers, but now my colleagues think it's great! It's so easy to navigate as well as being much more convenient with everything in one place, and the virtual card means no lost points or discount if you forget your purse. Its also a great way to interact with our members and keep them informed of what is going on in the society, from member-exclusive discounts to our latest community initiatives - my store's members especially loved how easy it was to sign up on the app and have instant access to the member offers, and the launch of free customer Wi-Fi has also been very well received."
