"A customer called to give thanks to all the staff in the Old Town store today. She has just found out that she has got cancer, and unfortunately had a "wobble" in the store today, all the colleagues were so kind and helpful, took her to the cafe and made sure she had some water. They kept checking up on her and one colleague made sure her shopping went through the till and took her shopping bags to her. They were so lovely, and she really appreciated that they went above and beyond to make sure she was alright. She wants the management to know how great they are and how thankful she is of their service today."
