"Dear Teresa, I cannot thank You and Sandra enough for your kindness today. I did eventually find a flight to Shannon on Thursday. I have not yet worked out when I will be coming home though. I also managed to sign on to the NHS App and to complete the Passenger Locator Form. You both made a sad and difficult day much easier for me. I am very grateful to you both"

It could be some great customer feedback you've received, something you've done to help the local community or simply a Thumbs Up to your team!
