Colleague Information Pack
A ‘Colleague Check-in’ is when a colleague requests some time with their manager to discuss their goals and expectations, their wellbeing, development or career.
The below document is a quick guide for all of our colleagues to view, it explains the process and the different Check-ins available for you to request from your manager:
Conversation Templates
The below templates are designed to support great conversations between colleagues and their managers, they are completely optional to use but it’s good practice to do so. The templates available are:

Preparation Template – to prepare for your Check-in and note anything you may wish to talk about

Recording Template – to record and document any key information you wish to take away from your Check-in Conversation

Reflection Template – to look back and reflect on the Check-in conversation

Childcare Template - this template is for Childcare colleagues only when completing their Check-in
Performance Development Plan (PDP) Template

PDP Template - the process of PDP helps learners to reflect upon their own learning and achievement, and if they wish, to plan for their own personal, educational and career development in the future
