Colleague Support Fund

Please note from February 1st 2026, the Colleague Support Fund is closed to new joiners, however existing colleagues in the scheme will continue to receive cover under the current terms

How it works

Claim money off things such as:

• Optical, hearing and dental care (£90 per year for each)
• Hospital stays (£35 per night up to £490)
• Maternity, paternity and adoption (claim up to £100)
• Specialist medical fees (claim up to £150)
• Distress Grant (claim up to £250)

Your £1 per week contribution will be taken directly from your salary.
