Recommend a Friend

How it works:

• If you recommend someone for a Society role and they get the job, once they have passed their probation you are entitled to a payment

• You will receive a further payment if the colleague is still in post after a year

• The amount you will receive varies depending on the trading group and the role your friend goes into

Payment can vary from £150 to £1000, just make sure that your recommended friend fills in the information correctly when they apply.

 

How to claim it

When applying, your recommended friend must answer the question “How did you hear about us”, they must select “Existing Colleague” and enter your name as the person who recommended them. Should they get the job, your payments will begin being dispensed once the new colleague has reached their probation period and their 1-year anniversary.
