To celebrate the many exceptional people working across our businesses, we are hosting the first Remarkable Colleagues Awards next year and nominations are NOW OPEN!

What’s it about?

We introduced our Purpose and TRUST Pillars 18 months ago now, with Remarkable Colleagues forming a central part of this strategy.

All year we’ve been celebrating the different ways our wonderful colleagues have been doing good together on Colleagues Connect.

But as we move into 2025, we want to do something even more meaningful to recognise colleagues who are going above and beyond.

How does it work?

There are 10 award categories and nominations are open between Monday 11^th November and Sunday 24^th November.

The matrix below shows the award categories and who can nominate for each.

The shortlisted nominees will be invited to a very special awards ceremony on Thursday 20^th February 2025 where the winners will be announced.

Award	Criteria	Nominated by
Membership Champion	Those nominated for Membership Champion will promote the benefits of membership to customers and drive membership participation at their site. They also participate in member events.	All Colleagues
Helpful Hero	These colleagues go above and beyond to make members feel valued.	All Colleagues
Responsible Community Champion	Nominations for this category should be able to show the high-quality impact their extensive community hours deliver.	All Colleagues
Inspirational Colleague	Those nominated for Inspirational Colleague should inspire their teams and customers, be amazing role models for those around them and go above and beyond for those they work with and provide a service to.	All Colleagues
Support Colleague of the Year	Nominate support colleagues who consistently deliver outstanding service, have exceptional knowledge and expertise and are committed to providing friendly and helpful assistance.	Line Managers working in support functions
Trading Colleague of the Year	These trading colleagues will have a commitment to providing knowledgeable, friendly and helpful support to customers and colleagues. They exceed expectations when delivering service and show great empathy.	Line Managers working in trading groups
Team of the Year Trading	Nominate trading teams that are loved by customers and pillars of the local community. Their success should also be backed up by KPI evidence, such as Csat and Pulse scores, and achieving financial targets and Steering Wheel measures.	District Managers or Regional Managers
Doing Good Together Leadership	This category is for those leading a site to deliver impact through the Doing Good Together Fund.	Business Leaders Group
Team of the Year Support	We are on the hunt for support teams that consistently operate to a high standard, collaborate well with other teams and are solution focused. Positive Pulse results will help showcase this.	Business Leaders Group
Lifetime Achievement	This award will go to a colleague who has shown a significant commitment to Your Co-op through long service and acts as a role model for others.	Senior Leadership Team
