Colleague Rewards - £50 Giftcard Update 
By now you should have received your Gift Card in time for your Christmas food shopping. If you haven’t, please raise this issue with your Line Manager who will escalate it through your District or Area Manager to the Central Team. For Travel colleagues please direct any issues to Mandy.parker@cooptravel.coop.
Should you encounter any issues redeeming your gift card at the checkout, our Food stores have been given clear guidelines to quickly resolve any problems.
Supporting our Communities - Hear from our Charity Partners
Each day in our 12 Days of Christmas, not only are we giving away to our colleagues but also highlighting our fantastic community partners too. In a year torn apart by the pandemic, some charities have struggled to help many of the most vulnerable and affected communities.
These organisations have very small teams with a number of unsung heroes, so that’s why we made the easy decision to give them all £200, as a thank you and something for them to enjoy over Christmas.
Helping to recognise the people who help to deliver all the important services, we know it will bring them a little cheer over the festive period. In return, our charity partners sent us a thank you video and what it means to them.

Prizedraw Terms & Conditions

All colleagues employed by the Midcounties Co-operative at the point at which the draw is made are automatically entered in to the 12 days of Christmas Giveaway.

Winners will be chosen at random from all entrants.

Prizes will be fixed for each draw and no alternative, or cash equivalent will be offered.

Some prizes will have specific terms and conditions criteria based on how they can be redeemed. See individual prize draw communications for full details.

Where there are multiple prizes to be won on any given day, prizes will be allocated based on the number of prizes and the order in which the winners are drawn – for example, prize 1 to first name drawn, prize 2 to the second name draw and so on.

The prize(s) to be won each day of the giveaway and the winner(s) for that day will be published on Colleagues Connect.

Prizes will be made available for collection or sent to a winner(s) home address, depending upon the prize and location of the winner. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure prizes are delivered in a reasonable period there is no guarantee that this will be within a specific time frame.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
