Today, we’re sharing an update on Your Colleague Survey Results and the first issue of the Building OurCoop integration newsletter.
Your Colleague Survey Results
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our recent colleague survey so we can continue to listen and make a difference to all our colleagues. We heard from 5215 colleagues – that’s 43.4% of our colleagues.

What happens next...
Of course, completing the survey is just the beginning; what comes next is where we make a difference. Leaders will be sharing the results with managers so they can cascade to their teams and create actions from the top 3 focus areas. A key part of the process is ensuring all colleagues are actively involved through our colleague voice forums and team meetings, which will provide the opportunity to discuss the results, understand themes and develop the improvement actions.
As a reminder, we'll be having another pulse survey in September and in the meantime, keep sharing your feedback with your line manager, colleague voice rep or join one of the monthly integration listening groups.
