On 26th October, as part of our Doing good together community support activity, we’re hosting a very special fundraiser at Himley Hall in the West Midlands to raise money for Alz Café. Why not let your hair down with an evening of fabulous food and live entertainment, all for a great cause?
We’d like to cordially invite all of our colleagues (and your friends and family) to join us at our Alz Café Fundraiser later this month. Please also encourage members and customers to come along and help us raise money for this very important charity.
Help us fundraise for dementia
Every pound raised through ticket sales and the raffle that will be held on the night will fund the amazing work of Alz Café, which offers a warm welcome and a safe haven for people with dementia and their families.
Alz Café relies entirely on donations and this money really is essential to help keep them going.
You may remember our CEO, Phil Ponsonby paid the cafe a visit back in November last year and they were one of our charity partners for many years. Continuing to support the cafe even though our official partnership has ended is all part of doing good together.
More about the event
The fundraiser will be held at the magnificent Himley Hall in Dudley on Thursday 26th October 7pm – 10.30pm.
The evening will feature:
- two sets of live music from Maggie O'Hara that will have you up and dancing,
- a sumptuous buffet,
- a selection of drinks, and
- a raffle with excellent prizes up for grabs, including food hampers and champagne.
Our Alz Café Fundraiser is the perfect opportunity to dress up and make memories with friends while raising money for a great local charity.
