Thank you for all the feedback and questions following Day 1 of the launch of our new Society and family of businesses. We have really appreciated the energy, support and positivity you have shown, especially across LinkedIn using #OurCoopFamily.

We know there has been particular interest in Food Member Day this Friday, so we are sharing that clarification upfront below, followed by a recap of Welcome Rewards and a reminder of how you can keep the momentum going.

FoodCoop – Member Day, Friday 30 January 2026

For this one-day event, colleague discounts and Rewards will work as follows:

A 10% discount applied at the till, before Rewards are calculated
10% Reward ££s back onto your Membership account

(20% Reward ££s on own-brand products)

Terms and conditions

The underlying offers are available at all times. The increased offers are available from 26 January 2026 to 26 July 2026. For colleagues, the % amount will be based on the full price of the funeral plan. Rewards will be paid within 3 months of the end of the cancellation period, currently 45 days. Please be aware that if you purchase a funeral plan and choose to pay Direct Debit, we may cancel the plan, and you might not end up with the funeral plan arrangements you wanted if you miss payments.
