Colleague Scan To Win

Shop in-store at your local FoodCoop store and spend at least £20 in a single transaction between Monday 30th March and Sunday 5th April. Scan your membership card or app at the till or self-checkout.

This promotion is only open to colleagues of OurCoop. You must present your membership card at the time of purchase to be eligible for entry. The minimum spend of £20 must be reached before any colleague discount is applied. All qualifying transactions over £20 during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the draw.

There are 20 prizes of £100 Food Gift Cards available. Winners' information will be extracted after the Promotion Period ends, and this process may take up to one week. Winners will then be contacted directly to accept and receive their prize.

Winners may be required to provide a photograph and/or video of themselves with their prize, which may be used by OurCoop for promotional purposes across both online and offline channels.

The following products are excluded from this promotion: cigarettes, tobacco, PayPoint/E top-up, savings stamps, postage stamps, gift cards, first stage baby milk products, lottery, phone cards, mobile phone top-ups, carrier bags and fuel.

The prize is not transferable or refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to reject any entry, withhold the prize and disqualify you from the promotion if we suspect dishonesty or misuse.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability. Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any disputes regarding any aspect of the promotion will be decided by OurCoop, whose decision will be final and binding.
