Increased Refer a Friend now up to £1,000 - Your Co-op Childcare

Exclusively for all colleagues, Your Co-op Childcare has now increased their Refer a Friend scheme to up to £1,000. Why not spread the word and be rewarded at the same time?

Our Childcare group have been doing lots of great work to encourage people to join their group, but recruitment is proving a challenge for the group and the entire Early Years sector in general. So, we want to share some exciting news around changes to the Childcare’s Refer a Friend scheme.

Referring friends and rewarding colleagues

We want to thank and reward all colleagues for encouraging your friends to join the Childcare team, so as of 1st May 2022, the group have increased the amount colleagues can receive. So, if you refer a friend to the Childcare group, it has now increased up to a maximum of £1000* (previously this was up to £350).

Steps to remember when applying

Remember if you do refer a friend, make sure you tell them that when they apply, they must answer the question “How did you hear about us”, and they must select “Existing Colleague” and enter your name as the person who recommended them because we wouldn’t want you to miss out.

Should they get the job, your payments will begin being paid once your friend has reached their probation period and their 1-year anniversary.
