Our Learning and Development team have listened to feedback and taken on the challenge of improving our colleague induction experience. Discovery work involved engaging with many colleagues across the Society, looking at what external companies were doing and the current trends.
We are now excited to announce this week, the launch of a brand-new onboarding programme; Welcome to Midcounties, Your Onboarding Journey. Dedicated to new colleagues, returning colleagues and colleagues moving to new positions within the Society, watch the short video below to learn more.
I hope you all agree the new journey looks great and will really enhance the experience for our colleagues. Different touchpoints including a journal, talking points and manager specific elements have all been built in. To make our colleagues' lives easier, there will be access to trading group-specific information all from one central location on i.Learn.
What difference this is making for colleagues will be shared later in the year with you.
