Wow, it has been 8 months since we launched our brand-new onboarding programme; Welcome to Midcounties, Your Onboarding Journey in March 2022. Today we are going to share what’s been happening since then and share what your colleagues have been saying.

Let’s take a closer look at what the journey looks like...
Colleagues complete a range of modules over 6-11 weeks to find out more about what makes Midcounties special and gets them off to a great start. Taking time to complete the modules over several weeks allows for great conversations to take place with colleagues and time to embed the learning.
The digital programme is easily accessible on phones, tablets or laptops allowing for easy access. Look at our previous story here and watch the video below to find out more.

What’s next?
In 2023 we will review the programme and see how we can make it even better by listening to our colleague’s feedback.
