Integration Update 08/05

Dear colleagues,

This week we held our first Integration listening group at Warwick and very much appreciate the attendance and participation. There were a few key themes that emerged one for us to address quickly was around having greater clarity, a more regular/appropriate communication, greater visibility of progress already achieved, and more openness around current business pressures and priorities. 

To continue these conversations openly and directly, colleagues are encouraged to attend the upcoming Listening Group session in Lichfield on Monday. These sessions are intended to provide space for honest discussion, surface themes and concerns early, and help ensure colleague feedback informs future communication and integration planning. It would be great if you could register to meet myself and Kate Southorn on Monday at Lichfield.
