We are excited to announce that it’s Learning at Work Week. This week presents a fantastic opportunity for us to come together, share knowledge and inspire each other to grow both personally and professionally.
This year’s theme is Get Connected, featuring three exciting areas for discussion:
-
Connect and Grow
-
Connect and Inspire
-
Connect and Share
Share Your Learning
One of the most powerful ways to connect and inspire is by sharing what we’ve learned. We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on something new you’ve recently learned and share it with your team. Whether it’s a new skill, a valuable insight, or a fresh perspective, your experiences can spark inspiration and growth in others.
Here are some valuable insights and learnings from the People Development Team:

“Take five minutes out of your day to write down three good things. This has helped me appreciate that every day is a good day” Jessica Harvey, Development Partner – Leadership and Skills

“Getting back into writing detailed assignments for my Level 5 Apprenticeship has required focus on clarity, depth, and structure to ensure I meet the criteria requirements. I have had to remember about using a clear format (introduction, main body, conclusion) with subheadings to break down the content and connect theory to practice to show I understand how it relates to my role and responsibilities. I outline key points before I start writing, then edit and refine before I submit” Amanda Osborne, Skills Trainer
