Over the last few months, our trips to either supermarkets or convenience stores have dramatically changed. With social distancing measurements in place including one-way systems and customer limits in-store, it’s been a different experience for everyone. However, going into store has not been possible for many including our most vulnerable shielding at home.
We introduced our Call & Collect Service for the most vulnerable members in our local communities who started to leave their homes some weeks ago. We have listened to our members and acted swiftly to ensure members can still socially distance and stay safe when collecting their food shop in the current climate. Over the last few months, we have already successfully navigated our Home Delivery Service which has supported our communities by nearly reaching an incredible 70,000 drops to date. We hope this new service will continue to serve our most impacted members.

Exclusively for members, we recognise that many may wish to find a new normal whilst still minimising the risk to themselves or their families.

So, it’s simple, members can place a food order over the phone and get 10% discount by calling our membership team on 0800 435902, from here our helpful colleagues assist in-store and once ready it can be collected from the nearest food store by the member.

Any member aged 70 or shielding that uses the Call & Collect Service by ringing through to the call centre team (not the store), will receive a 10% discount on their order.
