National Apprenticeship Week

As one of our first major commitments since forming at the end of January, OurCoop is proud to pledge 300 new apprenticeship opportunities across our family of co-operative businesses. Find out how you can get involved and hear from some of our graduates below.

We currently support 280 apprentices, with 229 new enrolments and 90 completions in the past 12 months, and we want to help spread the word about how we support and develop our colleagues.

Did you know, OurCoop offers one of the broadest apprenticeship portfolios in the co-operative sector? Spanning entry-level roles through to senior leadership, including programmes in early years education, retail management, data and analytics, accountancy, HR, marketing, property maintenance, coaching, project management and funeralcare - there really is something for everyone.
