• Simply it is an instant messaging service integrated into your Microsoft software package. Enabling you to see your colleagues’ availability, so you know the right time to take part in a voice, video call or send an instant message.

• You do not have to be in the office to have a Skype meeting. You can communicate with colleagues in different offices quickly and can share and update documents using Skype for Business.
