Pay Review 2024

I am pleased to confirm that Midcounties have implemented its annual pay review on 1st April.

All colleagues eligible for an increase will be able to access their personal notification by signing into Colleagues Connect from today.

The implementation of our pay review follows a ballot by USDAW members, of which 78% were in favour.

Base pay is just one of the many benefits of working for the Society.  As a reminder, all of our benefits can be found here. We continue to review our benefits proposition to our colleagues, and we are pleased to announce that we will be enhancing our paternity pay this year and exploring the introduction of a health benefit for all colleagues.
